Introduction

10arx is seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our early-stage team. This is a co-founder-level role where you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-native trading terminal focused on prediction markets. You will work directly with the founder to translate complex trader pain points into innovative product solutions that drive user adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 10arx, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Conduct in-depth user research by engaging directly with traders to understand their workflows, pain points, and competitive advantages.
• Rigorously prioritize product features and initiatives, making data-driven decisions on what to build, iterate, or discontinue.
• Collaborate hands-on with the engineering team, writing detailed specifications, reviewing product flows, and actively participating in the shipping process.
• Establish and evolve a comprehensive product metrics system (retention, activation, engagement, revenue impact) to inform product decisions.
• Identify new market opportunities and competitive gaps within the prediction market space.
• Embody a 'vibe-coding' mindset: quickly prototype and test hypotheses using AI tools, automate routines, and move faster than traditional product management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on crypto, fintech, trading, or AI fintech.
• Proven experience launching successful products from scratch, demonstrating an ability to navigate the early stages of product development.
• A portfolio that includes high-grossing projects with clear evidence of product-market fit (retention, revenue, or growth metrics).
• Experience working in early-stage environments (seed/pre-seed), understanding the balance between perfection and speed in product iteration.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and deliver without constant oversight.
• Resilient and resourceful, capable of finding solutions and breaking through obstacles.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments with undefined processes; energized by the challenge of creating structure and direction.
• Hands-on experience as a trader, particularly within prediction markets (e.g., Polymarket, Kalshi).
• Deep practical understanding of trading and investment patterns, decision-making, common pitfalls, and current market inefficiencies.
• Profound knowledge of prediction markets, order book mechanics, and probability pricing, or a strong willingness to rapidly acquire this expertise within 2-3 weeks.
