Introduction

Concourse is seeking a Chief of Staff to be a strategic partner in scaling their AI-driven financial intelligence platform. This role involves working directly with founders to build automated systems that deploy AI agents for Fortune 500 finance teams, ensuring rapid business growth aligned with technological advancements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary architect of the company's growth engine.
• Work directly with founders to build automated systems for AI agent deployment.
• Leverage natural language tools and vibe coding techniques to construct go-to-market pipelines.
• Automate operational workflows and design complex data experiments using an 'agent-first' mindset.
• Utilize tools like Cursor and LLMs to bridge high-level strategy and automated execution.
• Transition from refining Go-To-Market (GTM) motions to overseeing company-wide strategy.

Requirements

• Professional experience suitable for a Chief of Staff role in a high-growth startup environment.
• A professional who views AI as their primary teammate and leverages natural language tools.
• Ambitious builder who prefers natural language prompts over manual coding.
• Experience in GTM, Growth, Operations, Strategy, and Company Building.
• Proficiency in AI Agents, Data Analysis, Natural Language Processing, and Pipeline Building.
• Skills in Partnerships, Content Distribution, Experimentation, Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, and Execution.
• Attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the AI boom, particularly in NYC.
