As a Change & Adoption Consultant at ilionx, you will play a crucial role in successfully guiding organizations through technological transformations and driving sustainable impact. Responsibilities

As a Change & Adoption Consultant, your work will include:

• Analyzing the current situation and desired future state, mapping the impact on people, processes, and technologies.
• Advising clients on the best approach for change management and adoption, including developing detailed plans.
• Developing and executing communication and training programs to inform, motivate, and equip employees with the right skills.
• Guiding stakeholders at various levels, from management to end-users, and building support for the change.
• Monitoring adoption and implementation success, adjusting the strategy as needed.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet organizational and user needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in change management, adoption guidance, or a similar consulting role.
• Completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Communication Sciences, Psychology, or Information Science).
• Knowledge and experience with various change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and/or adoption frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and a hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital transformation projects and/or the implementation of business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems, Microsoft 365).
