GALINA World is Europe’s first blockchain-powered P2P clean energy marketplace, combining solar, heat pumps, and energy trading on Polygon PoS. As a Slovenian-registered company, GALINA is building an integrated peer-to-peer (P2P) energy marketplace to decentralize clean energy access across Central and Eastern Europe. The platform uses the GLNA utility token, an ERC-20 token on Polygon PoS, for all transactions and is designed for full MiCA compliance. GALINA bridges real-world energy assets (RWA) with blockchain, allowing users to trade surplus solar energy, manage heat pump systems, and trade Guarantee of Origin (GoO) certificates on-chain. The project is anchored by the GALINA World Campus in Korovci, Slovenia, a future hub for clean energy R&D. GALINA operates under an Executive Chairman and CEO model, compensating its founding team with GLNA token grants, and is regulated by the ATVP (Slovenian Securities Market Agency).

Introduction

GALINA World is actively building Europe's first blockchain-backed clean energy marketplace, integrating solar storage, heat pumps, and a peer-to-peer energy trading platform on Polygon PoS, all powered by the GLNA utility token. We are seeking a highly driven and experienced CEO to co-found and lead the operational build of GALINA World.

This is a foundational role, placing you directly at the helm of operational leadership. You will be the public face of GALINA World to critical stakeholders including investors, regulators, exchange partners, and the community. The Executive Chairman holds the overarching vision, physical assets, and company equity, while you will own everything from strategy formulation to execution, including team management, ICO execution, investor relations, and product launch.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Full day-to-day operational leadership of GALINA World.
• ICO Execution: Oversee the entire ICO timeline, including ATVP notification, whitepaper finalization, and the Token Generation Event (Q4 2026).
• Fundraising & Community Growth: Spearhead a €5M ICO campaign and drive community growth targets (e.g., 5,000 Discord, 2,000 Telegram, 10K X users pre-TGE).
• Investor Relations: Manage investor relations for seed rounds, institutional ICO participants, and exchange listings.
• External Partnerships: Develop and negotiate key external partnerships, including with DSOs (e.g., Elektro Maribor), KYC/AML providers, and audit firms.
• Team Management: Directly manage a core team including CTO, CMO, CFO, Legal Officer, and Operations Lead.
• Regulatory Compliance: Navigate the MiCA Path A regulatory process with the ATVP (Slovenian Securities Market Agency).
• Financial Performance: Drive post-ICO financial performance, with a goal to reach €500K+ annual revenue by end of 2027.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in the energy sector (utility, distributed energy, renewables, smart grid, or energy tech).
• Regulatory Engagement: Proven track record of at least one significant regulatory engagement (e.g., ICO, utility license application, or major DSO/utility partnership).
• Fundraising Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading a team through a significant fundraise (ICO, seed round, or Series A), with personal accountability for the outcome.
• Legal Standing: EU citizen or resident with impeccable standing (essential for ATVP KYC).
• Financial Commitment: Willingness and financial capacity to work on a deferred salary basis for the initial year.

Nice to Have

• Prior Web3 or blockchain involvement.
• Established network within the Slovenian, Austrian, or Central European energy sector.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Slovenian or another Slavic language is a significant advantage.
• Experience in investor relations and public speaking.

Benefits

• Token Grant: 3,400,000 GLNA (3.4% of total supply) equity in the form of a GLNA Token Grant.
• Deferred Salary: €3,000/month (deferred).
• Market Salary: €8,000 – €10,000/month upon reaching €1M in annual revenue.
