Role Overview We are seeking a CEO with deep Web3 and trading experience to lead BloomFi through launch, scale, and global expansion. This is not a “manager” role — we are looking for a builder + operator who has: Scaled crypto or fintech products Managed cross-functional teams (engineering, product, BD, marketing) Raised capital and built strategic partnerships Key Responsibilities Define and execute BloomFi’s vision, strategy, and roadmap Lead go-to-market strategy (launch, liquidity, user acquisition) Build and manage a high-performing global team Drive token strategy, ecosystem growth, and partnerships Oversee fundraising (VCs, strategic investors, market makers) Work closely with product and engineering to ensure execution excellence Represent BloomFi publicly (investors, conferences, media)
