Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives across various departments within Binance.
• Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with critical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in project and change management.
• MBA, BA, or BS degree from a top university.
