Introduction

Binance is seeking an experienced Business Partnership Manager with a focus on Payments to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for expanding our payment solutions and fostering strategic alliances within the fintech and blockchain ecosystems. Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquirers, payment processors, and financial institutions.
• Manage complex, multi-party partnerships from ideation to realization, ensuring alignment with Binance's strategic goals.
• Engage and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders to drive enterprise-level business development.
• Navigate regulated environments, ensuring compliance and addressing reputational considerations in partnership structures.
• Analyze merchant performance data to derive actionable insights and develop scalable partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new payment solutions and optimize existing ones.
• Represent Binance at industry events and conferences to build and maintain a strong network.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in payments, fintech, acquiring, or large digital wallet ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of card networks, settlement flows, risk management, and payment infrastructure.
• Proven enterprise-level business development experience, including engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Existing strong network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target region (Europe).
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in regulated environments and handle compliance concerns.
• Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven, capable of building momentum in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
• Fluency in English and relevant regional languages is required.

• Additional language proficiency beyond English and regional languages.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Direct experience with token compensation models.
