Introduction

Sky Mavis, the creators of Axie Infinity and the Ronin blockchain, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive strategic adoption in the Southeast Asian neo-banking and fintech sectors. This role focuses on building relationships and securing commercial deals leveraging blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with consumer brands, fintech platforms, and retailers.
• Drive market expansion across digital loyalty, social commerce, and fintech platforms.
• Design commercial partnership frameworks that generate revenue and increase the network effects of our products.
• Leverage existing connections to speed up deal time and gain a foothold in new markets.

Requirements

• A strong commercial mindset with an understanding of driving growth that leads to measurable ROI.
• Exceptional networking skills, including a deep rolodex and the ability to expand upon it.
• An exceptional sense of urgency to execute deals quickly.
• At least 2 years of Business Development experience with a proven track record of success.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with crypto and blockchain.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
