Introduction

Sky Mavis, creators of Axie Infinity and Ronin blockchain, is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Fintech. This role involves driving strategic adoption in the Southeast Asian neo-banking and fintech sectors by building relationships and securing commercial deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with consumer brands, fintech platforms, and retailers.
• Drive market expansion across digital loyalty, social commerce, and fintech platforms.
• Design commercial partnership frameworks that generate revenue and increase the network effects of our products.
• Leverage existing connections to speed up deal time and gain a foothold in new markets.

Requirements

• A strong commercial mindset; ability to drive growth that leads to measurable ROI.
• Exceptional networking skills with a deep rolodex and the ability to expand it.
• An exceptional sense of urgency; ability to increase the speed of those around you and close deals quickly.
• At least 2 years of Business Development experience and a proven track record of success.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with crypto and blockchain.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
