About the Position

Introduction

Binance is seeking a Business Development Operations professional to enhance and grow our fiat channels within the LATAM region. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize user experience, drive growth, and expand our market presence in the vibrant cryptocurrency landscape.

Responsibilities

Support the Business Development team in enhancing existing banking and wallet fiat channels by liaising with internal teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, etc.) and external fiat partners.
Improve channel conversion rates and optimize user flows.
Design and implement go-to-market strategies to boost fiat active users and volume growth.
Facilitate content building and marketing strategies, continuously seeking ways to enhance customer experience and optimize product features.
Monitor local user and community feedback, alongside competitor insights, to optimize product offerings, marketing, and operational strategies.
Lead local fiat growth and other business development activities, exploring collaboration opportunities with local fiat partners, blockchain/crypto communities, and associations.
Expand fiat awareness in the global market.
Monitor and analyze data to identify anomalies and trends relevant to technical issues or potential areas for growth improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or International Business.
3-5 years of experience in the payment industry or relevant fields.
Proven payment experience with LATAM local channels.
Previous operational experience with banking/wallet channels is a plus.
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, trading, or the finance/banking/payments industry.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills with patience.
Data-savvy with an understanding of basic operational metrics.
Ability to troubleshoot and quickly and effectively find solutions.
Capable of working effectively under pressure.
