Introduction

Binance is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Binance Pay & Card team. This role is crucial for expanding our payment solutions across the LATAM region, focusing on strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquirers, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with C-suite stakeholders within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, and financial institutions across Latin America.
• Drive the adoption and expansion of Binance Pay, a cutting-edge payment solution enabling seamless crypto transactions.
• Operate within regulated environments, navigating compliance and reputational considerations to structure beneficial partnerships.
• Leverage an existing network to accelerate partnership development and market penetration.
• Analyze merchant performance data to derive insights and develop scalable partnership strategies.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of our digital payments ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven enterprise-level business development experience, with a focus on engaging and negotiating with C-suite stakeholders and managing complex, multi-party partnerships.
• Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target LATAM region.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in regulated environments and navigate compliance and reputational considerations when structuring partnerships.
• Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven, capable of building momentum in high-growth, expansion-focused environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret merchant performance data and translate insights into scalable partnership strategies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
