Responsibilities

• Help clients gain control over their IT landscape.
• Analyze business processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Advise on appropriate IT solutions.
• Collaborate closely with IT specialists and stakeholders from both business and IT sides.
• Switch constantly between various disciplines and levels, from management to development teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Business Consultant, IT Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Completed HBO or WO education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Business IT & Management).
• Ability to understand complex issues and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with various methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with blockchain and/or crypto is a plus.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
