As a Business Consultant, you play a crucial role in the success of our clients. You act as the bridge between business and IT, helping organizations achieve their goals through innovative technologies. You delve into our clients' business processes, analyze their needs, and translate these into concrete, sustainable IT solutions.

You work closely with the client to understand their ambitions, develop strategies, and create roadmaps. This includes guiding digital transformation projects, implementing new systems, and optimizing existing processes. You advise on the latest trends and developments in IT, such as cloud computing, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, and know how to apply them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identifying business needs and challenges at clients.
• Translating business needs into concrete IT solutions and strategies.
• Drawing up roadmaps for digital transformation and implementation projects.
• Guiding implementations and ensuring successful adoption of new technologies.
• Advising on architectural choices and managing projects from start to finish.
• Proactively identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Consultant, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrable experience with digital transformation, IT strategy, and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of various IT landscapes and technologies (e.g., cloud, data, AI, blockchain).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Dutch and English.
• A completed HBO or university degree in a relevant field.
