As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in multidisciplinary teams, translating client wishes and expectations into concrete solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate client wishes, expectations, and desired changes into concrete solutions.
• Analyze and evaluate processes to identify potential improvements.
• Provide advice based on your analyses.
• Contribute to groundbreaking projects within diverse leading companies.
• Engage in shaping business transformations and push boundaries.

Requirements

• HBO/WO education in Business or IT.
• A proven track record as a (Senior) Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex Business/IT environments (e.g., Finance, Government, Utilities, or Logistics).
• Sharp analytical skills combined with an understanding of human behavior, recognizing that technology adds value only when adopted by the organization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and an affinity for the impact of technology and AI on business models.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• English language skills.

• Permanent contract with a salary between €3,500 and €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week), depending on experience and role.
