Business Analyst Pega

Introduction

As a Business Analyst at Sopra Steria, you will help organizations optimize their processes using Pega technology. You will bring structure to complex issues and translate stakeholder wishes into concrete, workable Pega solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and clarifying processes and customer journeys.
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and designs.
• Contributing to the development of a Minimum Lovable Product that delivers value quickly.
• Collaborating with Business Architects, Pega Consultants, and clients.

Requirements

• HBO or university background.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Designer, or Information Analyst.
• Ability to clearly map processes, requirements, and dependencies.
• Ability to write clear user stories or designs that a team can immediately implement.
• Eagerness to learn Pega and willingness to get certified (at company expense).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Lean, or Design Thinking is a plus, but logical thinking and teamwork are more important.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
