Introduction

Sopra Steria is seeking a Business Analyst Pega to join our RulesMatter team in Nieuwegein, Netherlands. We are a leading provider of digital solutions, dedicated to making processes smarter and future-proof using rule-based technology, with Pega as a key platform. Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to make processes smarter and more efficient.
• Actively listen, ask targeted questions, and distinguish between main and secondary issues.
• Translate complex business questions into clear, structured designs and directions.
• Develop clear user stories or designs that development teams can effectively implement.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Continuously learn and deepen your knowledge of the Pega platform, with certification supported by the company.

Requirements

• HBO or WO background (Bachelor's or Master's degree equivalent).
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, or Functional Designer.
• Ability to clearly map processes, requirements, and dependencies.
• Proven ability to create clear user stories or designs that teams can work with directly.
• Curiosity about Pega and willingness to get certified (at company expense).
• Ability to think logically and collaborate effectively.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Pega.
• Experience with Agile methodologies or methods like Lean or Design Thinking.
