Responsibilities

• Analyzing data and system outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (data analysis, system optimization, software implementation, customer support).
• Experience with SQL queries and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (desired).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

With over 1,300 national and international clients, they are a significant player in providing software and expertise for planning and inventory management.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will analyze data and system results, propose improvements, and solve complex problems. You will need strong analytical skills, experience with SQL, and knowledge of supply chain processes. In this role, you will continuously improve systems to optimize the operational performance of clients.
