Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and architects to define the desired end-state for each product and process, identifying any gaps in the current process and implementing solutions.
• Organize and facilitate key meetings, including kick-off sessions, deep-dives, and process tests, ensuring they are productive and focused on the relevant content.
• Provide stakeholder management to ensure decisions are aligned with the needs of future users and communicate the implications of new processes effectively.
• Guide and support team members and other analysts in their development by providing constructive feedback within appropriate contexts.
• Lead and guide changes at the process level from initiation to implementation and post-implementation support.
• Act as a liaison between departments and other involved parties, such as other business units or stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• You have at least a completed Bachelor's degree.
• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
• You have experience with projects involving front-end applications, UI, or accessibility.
• You possess strong analytical, communication, and people skills.
• You can communicate in a platform-based way on how to offer a service.
• You have an affinity for and experience working in complex environments.
• You have an affinity for managing online platforms such as corporate websites.
• You have exposure to setting up and tracking data-driven processes.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

About Company

You will work at a large financial organization with offices in the Netherlands and abroad. The team you will join is responsible for managing the platform for all content worldwide. Your role will be to bridge different stakeholders and ensure the successful onboarding of users globally, initiating the transformation from the perspectives of planning, benefits, organization, IT, and process prerequisites.
