About the Position

Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Blockchain Security DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the security and stability of our blockchain infrastructure, working within a cutting-edge FinTech environment. Responsibilities

Maintain and support blockchain infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Review and propose configurations for blockchain software and network setup of nodes.
Develop a deep understanding of public blockchain technology and its security implications.
Research and share insights on security threats related to diverse blockchain technologies.
Define and maintain the team's continuous DevOps lifecycle and automation processes.
Design and maintain cloud computing workloads, focusing on robust cloud security posture.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, applying a methodical approach to root cause analysis.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of working experience in DevOps, system administration, or a related area. (Applicants with less experience will be considered for a Junior position).
Proven experience in deploying and managing infrastructure across various cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services).
Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
Proficiency in deploying and maintaining container infrastructures (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker-Compose).
Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining logging tools (e.g., Fluentd, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
Experience in developing and deploying infrastructure as code (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible).
Good understanding of traditional security operations areas: Linux, Networking, Firewalls, IDS/IPS.
A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
Eager for continuous learning and adaptable to change.
Enthusiastic about the future of blockchain and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to Have

Basic understanding of blockchain technology, with a plus for experience in deploying blockchain solutions.
