About the Position

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Senior Blockchain Developer passionate about crafting cutting-edge solutions for the Web3 landscape. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing new features within our blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with blockchain technologies, smart contract development, and a deep understanding of decentralized systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Near, etc.).
Integrate blockchain functionalities with existing and new applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain implementation.
Ensure the security and integrity of our blockchain systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality and standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and decentralized consensus mechanisms.
Expertise in smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or other relevant languages.
Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries.
Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle).
Experience with various blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Near, etc.).
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go, Rust).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have

Experience with layer-2 scaling solutions.
Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
Familiarity with IPFS, Filecoin, or other decentralized storage solutions.
Contribution to open-source blockchain projects.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for blockchain deployments.
