Blockchain Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our growing global team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers, as well as driving the adoption of our blockchain solutions.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expand market share in the blockchain space. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the blockchain industry, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Track, analyze, and report on business development performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on blockchain or emerging technologies. Proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
