About Binance Square

Binance Square aims to be the premier social platform for the latest trends in Web3 and crypto. Responsibilities

• Assist in the full lifecycle of Square campaign operations, including drafting campaign documentation, managing backend configurations, coordinating on-site promotions (banners, push notifications, and pop-ups), overseeing campaign launches, tracking ongoing progress, and post-campaign management.
• Collect and extract frequently occurring issues from user inquiries, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to debug issues, verify fixes, and reduce the number of potential user cases.
• Handle escalated user tickets from the Mod & Customer Service team, maintain FAQs, and update other user documents to ensure consistent communication and enhance user experience.
• Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
• Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams to accelerate scalable user and content growth.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Excellent execution capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of patience and accountability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
