The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a concise, fixed-term program designed for early career talent, university students, and recent graduates, offering an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will gain exposure to life at Binance, understanding the inner workings of a leading blockchain ecosystem, while focusing on networking and professional development to build transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of core company products.
• Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues identified by the QA team.
• Assist the CS team in resolving customer problems and classifying them for system improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related major.
• Solid foundation in Java, including understanding basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with the Spring micro-service framework and its operational mechanisms.
• Proficient with MySQL database and at least one NoSQL database.
• Familiarity with common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong logical thinking ability, a keen sense of teamwork, and a strong learning aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Web3 projects is preferred.
