Introduction

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem operating the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. We are seeking early career talent for the Binance Accelerator Program, a fixed-term opportunity to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space, specifically focusing on Marketing in the Baltics region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials.
• Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages).
• Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Assist with community growth.
• Assist with marketing campaign execution.
• Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Interest in crypto/blockchain; previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus.
• At least basic user experience with any crypto platforms.
• Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Latvian Russian is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
