Introduction

Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking enthusiastic and driven early career talent to join our Accelerator Program as an Affiliate professional for the CIS region. This fixed-term program offers an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to a global organization at the forefront of financial innovation.

Responsibilities

As an Affiliate professional within the Binance Accelerator Program, you will gain hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, contributing to critical projects and learning directly from industry experts. Specific responsibilities will vary based on project needs but will generally involve:

• Assisting in the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies.
• Supporting affiliate partner communication and relationship management.
• Analyzing performance data and contributing to reporting.
• Researching market trends and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate programs with broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and the crypto/Web3 industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Additional language proficiency (beneficial for CIS region).
• Previous internship or experience in marketing or affiliate programs.
