Introduction

Are you energized by translating complex data into clear insights for the business? Then this role is for you! You will be responsible for gathering information and reporting needs from various departments and transforming them into valuable PowerBI dashboards. This position offers a dynamic environment within an international organization, focusing on sustainable practices and providing essential contributions to global food security.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and reporting requirements from different departments.
• Translate these requirements into valuable PowerBI dashboards.
• Set up and optimize ETL processes and dataflows (including Dynamics 365, SQL, and BI environment).
• Continuously develop existing dashboards, reports, and BI models.
• Develop and model new data models.
• Collaborate with external data engineers.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness of reports.
• Contribute to improving data quality within various systems.

Requirements

• HBO or WO (Bachelor's or Master's) level of education and thinking.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI (DAX, modeling, visualization, performance).
• Experience with SQL, Dynamics 365 (or another ERP), GIT, and data integration.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate (a plus).
• Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory or SSIS (a plus).
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong communication skills towards both IT and business stakeholders.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
