As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be crucial in translating complex data into understandable and usable insights.

Introduction

Are you passionate about data and eager to work on innovative projects? We are looking for a BI Specialist to develop and implement advanced BI solutions, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both clients and internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced BI solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Implement data warehouse solutions in collaboration with partners.
• Advise and support various departments on effective data usage, analysis, and reporting.
• Contribute to improving decision-making and optimizing processes.

Requirements

• HBO (higher vocational education) working and thinking level, preferably with a relevant HBO degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with data governance, analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical mindset.
• Customer and results-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• A drive to innovate and actively identify and implement improvements.
• The ability to take initiative and lead in various data areas.

Benefits

• Starting salary between €3,000 and €5,200 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week.
• €50 healthcare allowance (can be added to your gross salary).
