Introduction

Are you an experienced BI Consultant with a passion for the healthcare sector? Do you have the ambition to help our clients in healthcare achieve their digital transformation goals? At ilionx, you'll ensure the healthcare sector maximizes its data potential. You'll work on strategic projects, advising clients on data and Business Intelligence (BI), guiding them from strategy to implementation. Your work will ensure the right management information reaches the right people, driving data-driven operations. This is an impactful role that offers continuous challenge.

Responsibilities

As a BI Consultant at ilionx Healthcare, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of BI solutions for healthcare organizations. Your work will cover the entire process, from consulting and design to realization and management. Together with a team of specialists, you will ensure that healthcare professionals can work better, faster, and more efficiently.

Your tasks will be diverse:

• Analyze the information needs of healthcare organizations and translate them into concrete BI solutions.
• Design, build, and implement data warehouses, dashboards, and reports.
• Advise clients on setting up their BI environment and selecting the right tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks).
• Guide and train users to ensure optimal utilization of new BI solutions.
• Identify opportunities and proactively contribute to innovative BI solutions for healthcare.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a BI Consultant or Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in designing and implementing data warehouses and ETL processes.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI and familiarity with other BI tools and technologies (such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advise at various levels.
• A team player, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
