Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI technologies into enterprise solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security of backend systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy discussions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning infrastructure development.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, Go, or similar backend development languages.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI frameworks, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration tools.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of databases, data pipelines, and backend architecture best practices.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered enterprise SaaS platforms or cybersecurity-focused applications.
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Pinecone, Redis, or similar AI ecosystem technologies.
• Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle management, model monitoring, and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of data privacy, AI governance, and secure software development practices.
• Experience working with event-driven architectures and real-time processing systems.
