Then Sopra Steria's Microsoft Area is the place for you. With your expertise in Microsoft Azure, you'll pave the way for AI innovations, cloud adoption, and digital transformation for our clients.

At Sopra Steria, you'll collaborate with top specialists on complex, business-critical solutions for clients in defense, the public sector, and industry. You'll take charge of large-scale transformations, setting standards for stability, security, and the speed of our software releases. Forget standard pipelines; here, you'll design a high-performance engine that elevates automation to an art form and sets the standard for technical craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be the architect of our delivery flows. You will design systems that are scalable, secure, and fully reproducible by capturing everything in code. Specifically, you will be involved in:

• Designing and building advanced CI/CD pipelines that make deployments predictable and flawless.
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to properly set up Azure environments and landing zones from the first line of code.
• Integrating security within the entire development cycle (DevSecOps), ensuring security is an integral part of the architecture.
• Advising on and setting up modern containerization and orchestration for scalable cloud solutions.
• Continuously elevating software development practices and release strategies for our most demanding clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps. You have in-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps tools for software code releases and are accustomed to working in complex DevOps environments.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools and scripting languages like PowerShell. Additionally, you have basic knowledge of C# to seamlessly connect automation and the development cycle.
• Completed a relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and strong communication skills to clarify requirements with various stakeholders. You are able to convey technical choices with sound reasoning.
• You are committed to continuous professional development, actively follow technological advancements, are motivated to obtain certifications, and are excited to become part of our Microsoft Community where knowledge sharing is central.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• A permanent contract and a salary between €4,000 and €6,000 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week, with a minimum of 32 hours of employment). The exact salary depends on your experience and the role.

Whatever best suits your way of traveling.
