Responsibilities

As an Azure Cloud Engineer at Team Rockstars IT, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable cloud solutions for our clients. You will work on innovative projects across various sectors, applying the latest Azure technologies to ensure optimal performance and security. Your tasks will include:

• Advising clients on the best Azure solutions for their specific needs.
• Designing and implementing Azure infrastructures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Configuring and managing Azure services such as Azure AD, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), etc.
• Automating deployment and management processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Monitoring the performance, availability, and security of Azure environments.
• Resolving complex technical issues and incidents.
• Contributing to knowledge sharing within Team Rockstars IT and the community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services and technologies (certifications like AZ-104, AZ-305 are a plus).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
