About the Position

Introduction

Are you an AWS Cloud Engineer who excels at managing, optimizing, and innovating infrastructure and applications on the AWS platform? Team Rockstars IT is looking for you!

As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will work for one of our clients in the Randstad or Brabant region. These are leading organizations in sectors such as finance, automotive, logistics, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

Implementing AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
Designing and building scalable and secure cloud architectures.
Automating deployments and operational tasks using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
Managing and optimizing AWS environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and cost management.
Advising clients on the best AWS solutions and best practices.
Working on the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer.
In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architectures.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate, Developer Associate, or SysOps Administrator Associate) are a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

A salary between €4,500 and €7,000 per month (depending on knowledge and experience), with the possibility of a lease car.
