Introduction

Are you an Atlassian expert with a passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing? Do you want to work in a close-knit team that is always ready to support and learn from each other? Then Sopra Steria is looking for you!

As an Atlassian Consultant, you will be part of a motivated and expert team where sharing knowledge and helping each other are central. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to effectively deploy and optimize Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence. You will play a crucial role in implementing Atlassian solutions and providing tailor-made advice, always with an eye for the specific needs of the client.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize Atlassian products for various clients.
• Advise on best practices for using Atlassian tools within different workflows.
• Provide training and workshops for clients to support them in effectively using collaboration tools.
• Guide Atlassian cloud migrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Atlassian software.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues and clients and jointly seek the best solutions.

Requirements

• You have experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar tools, and you can translate user requirements into smart solutions.
• Experience in consultancy or working with clients is a plus.
• You collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and navigate easily between different stakeholders.
• You are comfortable in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) and preferably have experience with digital transformations.
• Atlassian certification and experience with migrations are a plus.
• You hold a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree.
• You have approximately 5 years of work experience in IT.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• A permanent contract and a salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week). The exact salary depends on your experience and the role.
• A generous mobility budget, in the form of a lease arrangement of €1,022, with the choice of an electric lease car with an NS Business Card or a lease bicycle, or an alternative transport arrangement of €930, whatever suits your travel needs best.
