About the Position

As the Assistant Controller at SSOE, you will lead a digital transformation within the finance department, moving beyond traditional accounting to integrate AI and modern technologies. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing M&A integrations, and mentoring a high-performing team. You will act as a strategic partner to the CFO, ensuring financial integrity during a period of record-breaking growth.
SSOE is a pioneer in 'vibe coding' for non-developers, promoting the use of LLMs and advanced AI tools to automate repetitive accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Streamline complex workflows within Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Automate financial analysis and meeting synthesis using natural language prompts.
- Develop AI-driven internal controls and audit processes.
- Oversee financial reporting.
- Manage M&A integrations.
- Mentor a high-performing team.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CFO.

- Bachelor's degree
