As an Article Manager, you will be responsible for managing, checking, and optimizing article and product data within the organization. Thanks to your accuracy, colleagues, suppliers, and affiliated partners always have access to current and reliable information. You ensure that product data is correctly processed and available for various business processes, including purchasing, sales, administration, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Checking, processing, and updating article data in various systems.
• Monitoring the quality, completeness, and accuracy of product and pricing information.
• Processing data supplied by suppliers and checking for discrepancies.
• Managing and publishing article information to internal users and affiliated partners.
• Checking pricing structures and calculations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Identifying, analyzing, and correcting inaccuracies within databases.
• Coordinating with suppliers and colleagues about missing or incorrect data.
• Supporting users with questions about article information and data quality.
• Informing involved parties about changes within assortments and databases.
• Monitoring the timely delivery of product information by suppliers.
• Identifying structural bottlenecks within processes and proposing improvements.
• Collaborating with colleagues on further optimization of article management and data quality.

Requirements

• MBO+ or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• Experience with article management, master data, data processing, or administrative processes.
• Affinity with product information, pricing structures, and data quality.
• Good command of Excel and administrative systems.
• Accurate and structured way of working.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Experience with ERP, PIM, or other data management systems is a plus.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Salary between €3,500 and €4,000 gross per month based on 40 hours.
