Application Specialist E-commerce

To strengthen their IT team, they are looking for a driven and experienced Application Specialist.

Responsibilities

As an Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing central business applications, particularly focusing on the e-commerce platform and associated systems (ERP, WMS, PIM, etc.). You will be the link between business and IT, working closely with various departments to ensure and improve the efficiency and functionality of applications. Your tasks include:

• Managing, configuring, and maintaining various business applications, including the e-commerce platform.
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into functional designs and solutions.
• Supporting users with application-related questions and troubleshooting problems.
• Testing and implementing new functionalities and updates.
• Documenting processes, procedures, and application configurations.
• Participating in projects to improve and expand the IT infrastructure and application landscape.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and related systems (ERP, WMS, PIM).
• Ability to translate user needs into functional designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
