We are seeking an Application Manager for one of our rapidly growing clients in Utrecht. This role primarily involves ensuring their SaaS applications run optimally, while also leveraging your knowledge and experience to optimize surrounding processes.

Responsibilities

As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing SaaS (financial) applications (e.g., Afas, Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Optimizing and automating operational processes.
• Resolving incidents and implementing changes.
• Supporting and advising users on application-related issues.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
• Keeping application documentation up-to-date.

Requirements

As an Application Manager, you possess the following qualities:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Application Manager, System Administrator, or similar function.
• Completed HBO or WO education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Information Management).
• Affinity with (financial) SaaS applications (Afas, Salesforce, Dynamics).
• You are proactive, analytical, and possess strong communication skills.
• You have an eye for detail and are solution-oriented.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
