Application Manager | Insurance

For a renowned insurance company in Enschede, we are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled professional to optimize the application landscape and elevate the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize various applications, with a strong focus on CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and implement them.
• Resolve incidents and problems (2nd-line support) and ensure quick and adequate resolution.
• Contribute to testing new functionalities and releases.
• Meticulously document processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Proactively advise on potential improvements and innovations.
• Train and support users as needed, enabling them to make optimal use of the applications.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• Extensive experience as an application manager, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong communication skills and able to liaise with both technical colleagues and business users.
• Proactive, analytical, and result-oriented.
• Hands-on mentality and able to work independently.
• Team player who actively contributes to a positive work atmosphere.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
