Responsibilities

As an Application Consultant, you will work for multiple clients, dedicating a significant portion of your time to a retail organization. Here, you will be responsible for a critical application that supports invoice processing, among other functions. This is a complex environment with multiple servers and various stakeholders, requiring extensive interaction with IT teams, users, and external suppliers.

Additionally, you will support other clients where processes are not yet fully optimized. You will help establish structure, improve processes, and elevate application management to a higher level. Your tasks will include:

• Maintaining customer contact with users and stakeholders.
• Maintaining and expanding the functional design.
• Translating wishes and requirements into functional solutions.
• Providing support for various applications.
• Coordinating and documenting the application landscape.

Requirements

• You have HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level and experience in a comparable position.
• You have knowledge of application management and preferably experience with scripting (such as PowerShell). Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
• You are an easy communicator, take initiative, and collaborate effectively. You are proactive and ensure tasks are completed.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
