Application Administrator - Healthcare Platform

Are you an experienced Application Administrator looking to join an organization that contributes to society? This vacancy is definitely for you! We are a software company providing solutions for healthcare institutions, focusing on optimizing communication between care providers, recipients, and other stakeholders. We have experienced significant growth and are looking for a new Application Administrator to join our self-managing team immediately.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and availability of the healthcare platform.
• Perform periodic checks, updates, and backups.
• Resolve disturbances and incidents (2nd and 3rd line support).
• Analyze user needs and translate them into functional designs.
• Advise clients on the possibilities and optimal use of the healthcare platform.
• Guide users in adopting and utilizing the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Application Administrator.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience with databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of scripting (Python).
• Proactive and independent work ethic.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Reside in the Utrecht area.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
