Introduction

Are you an ambitious and experienced online marketing professional looking for a challenging role where you can fully develop yourself? Haystack People is looking for a Medior Allround Online Marketeer to strengthen their team in Utrecht. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on various online marketing activities, ensuring no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the sales and recruitment teams across all facets of online marketing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analyses, and optimize content for SEO, including link building and technical SEO.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (SEA) and social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and bidding strategies.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Develop and implement content strategies for various channels, including blogs, website pages, and social media.
• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare reports and presentations on the results of marketing activities.
• Contribute to the optimization of the customer journey and user experience (UX) on our website.
• Collaborate with the design team for the development of creative assets.
• Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in online marketing and proactively propose new initiatives.
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Online Marketeer, preferably in an all-round role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
