Introduction

Are you an experienced IT Administrator looking for your next challenge in Amsterdam? This Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a dynamic individual to join their growing team. Specializing in IT services for SME clients across various sectors, they focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, aiming to fully unburden their clients' IT needs. They value an informal atmosphere and an open culture that encourages personal and professional growth. Their clients are primarily located in and around Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support to SME clients, both remotely and on-site.
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, workstations (Windows, Mac), and mobile devices.
• Implement and configure new hardware and software.
• Actively monitor IT systems and proactively prevent outages.
• Document IT environments and solutions.
• Advise clients on IT solutions and optimizations.
• Participate in IT projects and migrations.

Requirements

• Minimum MBO diploma, preferably in an IT-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an Allround IT Administrator, preferably within an MSP environment or with SME clients.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD).
• Experience with networking (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of macOS is a plus.
• Driving license B is required for on-site visits.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
