Introduction

We are seeking a driven Mid-level All-Round Online Marketer to join a leading full-service online marketing agency in Haarlem. This role is crucial for developing, implementing, and optimizing diverse online marketing strategies for various clients. If you are an online marketing professional with a broad skillset and a desire to contribute to ambitious digital projects, this is the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SEO and SEA campaigns.
• Set up and manage Social Media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Develop and implement content strategies (blogs, articles, video content).
• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Proactively collaborate with clients on their online objectives.
• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an online marketing role, preferably agency-side.
• Demonstrable experience with SEO, SEA (Google Ads), Social Media advertising, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, proactive approach, and customer-focused mindset.
• Eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest online marketing developments.
• HBO (higher vocational education) work and thinking level.
• Affinity with the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing, such as AI-driven optimization, influencer marketing, or blockchain technology.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
