About the Position

Introduction

As an AI Strategy Associate, you will be the analytical core of Iovance's AI transformation. This role extends beyond typical consulting, focusing on identifying high-impact AI opportunities across the organization, from R&D to finance. Your main goal will be to pinpoint business challenges and convert them into actionable AI use cases that deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

Build Proofs-of-Concept: Swiftly develop functional demos and prototypes using tools such as Claude and Cursor.
Validate Solutions: Conduct controlled experiments to demonstrate that AI-assisted workflows outperform traditional manual processes.
Design Specifications: Translate your 'vibe-coded' prototypes into detailed technical requirements for the engineering team.
Own the AI prioritization framework.
Work directly with C-suite stakeholders to determine future efficiency through artificial intelligence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree.
Proficiency in Financial Modeling.
Experience with AI Strategy and AI Prototyping.
Skilled in Stakeholder Management, Process Optimization, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Business Operations.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in Structured Interviewing, Use Case Development, Data Analysis, Project Planning, AI Governance.

Nice to Have

Experience with Claude and Cursor.
Familiarity with 'vibe-coding', GxP, FDA.
Knowledge of SaaS Rationalization, Procurement Analytics, Business Intelligence.
Background in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals.
Experience with Proof-of-Concept development and Operational Efficiency.
