AI Labs is seeking an AI Researcher to contribute to cutting-edge research that will enhance credit, fraud, and marketing decisions. This role involves serving as a thought leader and problem-solver, integrating business, technical, and industry best practices to develop models and algorithms for digital customer experiences. The position bridges applied AI research, large-scale AI platforms, and extensive compute infrastructure, focusing on advanced modeling solutions for structured data (tabular, sequence of events, timeseries, graph-based structures).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to advanced AI research to power credit, fraud, and marketing decisions.
• Act as a thought leader and problem-solver, combining business acumen with technical and industry best practices.
• Develop models and algorithms to enhance customer digital experiences.
• Define and execute a forward-looking research agenda.
• Translate cutting-edge machine learning and systems innovation into scalable, governed, and business-critical AI capabilities.
• Focus on advanced modeling for structured data, including tabular data, sequences of events, timeseries, and graph-based structures.
• Develop, deploy, and validate predictive models, supporting their use in economic logic for profitable decisions across credit, fraud, marketing, and servicing optimization engines.
