Based in Nashville, you will transform complex business problems into AI-driven solutions for embedded banking and data management.

Responsibilities

• Prototype with AI: Rapidly build and iterate on software outputs using tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Orchestrate Workflows: Design complex, end-to-end automations with n8n and various API integrations.
• Master Prompting: Refine prompt engineering skills to generate reliable, high-quality code and data outputs from LLMs.
• Scale Responsibly: Ensure AI-driven processes remain compliant and secure within a regulated financial framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree.
• Strong interest in AI, product strategy, and automation engineering.
• Bias toward action and a desire to prove the viability of AI-assisted development in banking.
• Skills in AI-Powered Workflows, Automation Engineering, Product Strategy, API Integration, Impact Measurement, Quality Engineering, Compliance, Documentation, Structured Thinking, Prompt Engineering, AI-Assisted Development, Data Literacy, Ownership, and Growth Mindset.

Nice to Have
