Introduction

Thread Bank is looking for a visionary AI Workflow Architect to lead their AI automation initiatives. This hybrid role bridges high-level business strategy with technical execution, focusing on AI-first development methods to transform banking operations. Instead of traditional manual coding, you will design intelligent systems integrating various APIs and AI models to solve complex financial problems.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• AI-Assisted Development: Utilizing tools like Cursor and Claude Code to build and iterate on software quickly.
• Workflow Automation: Designing sophisticated sequences in n8n and similar platforms to connect data, logic, and user approvals.
• Prompt Engineering: Crafting precise instructions for LLMs to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs in a banking context.
• Having direct access to executive leadership, helping them understand how AI-driven efficiency impacts the bottom line.
• Taking full ownership of the product lifecycle—from the first stakeholder interview to the final deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a regulated environment with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, mobile apps, and embedded banking solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JSON.
