In this role, you will act as a bridge between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, transforming educational concepts into functional prototypes. This position is tailor-made for those who have mastered the 'vibe coding' workflow. You will use a modern stack to move from concept to clickable demo in record time.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal AI research and development efforts.
• Transform educational concepts into functional prototypes.
• Build agentic systems: moving beyond simple chat to build autonomous workflows and orchestration.
• Utilize AI-First Tooling: Cursor, Claude, and v0 to maintain a high-velocity experimentation rhythm.
• Advise leadership on RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and model selection.
• Maintain a 'tinkerer mentality,' staying on the bleeding edge of new releases.
• Integrate the latest techniques into real-world educational products.

Requirements

• Experience in AI product development and prototyping.
• Proficiency in building agentic systems and orchestrating AI workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-first tooling such as Cursor, Claude, and v0.
• Strong understanding of technical strategy, including RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
• Experience with model selection.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into hands-on execution.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
