This role is built around "AI-native" development, utilizing tools like Claude Code and Codex for code generation, allowing you to focus on system reliability and product design. You will operate in a remote, fast-paced environment, with the autonomy to experiment with zero-to-one products and define the future of software development by creating reusable patterns for AI-assisted engineering.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-velocity development to build and iterate on products in fintech and edtech.
• Architect systems that use AI to solve real-world user problems across the entire stack.
• Design multi-agent orchestration patterns and tool integrations.
• Refine prompt strategies and context management to ensure output quality.
• Move from high-speed prototypes to hardened, production-grade applications.
• Experiment with zero-to-one products.
• Help define the future of software development by creating reusable patterns for AI-assisted engineering.

Requirements

• Experience with AI-native development.
