Responsibilities

• Construct the foundation for machine learning across a healthcare ecosystem.
• Build sophisticated infrastructure, including MLOps pipelines and LLM gateways.
• Enable secure and scalable healthcare innovation.
• Focus on high-level system design over manual boilerplate.
• Manage LLM stacks using LangChain and LlamaIndex to optimize performance and costs.
• Leverage Spark and Airflow for distributed data handling at an enterprise scale.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code for 'vibe coding'.
• Focus on prompt chaining, architecture, and responsible AI governance.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Deep integration experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Experience with data pipelines using Spark and Airflow.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning Engineering and MLOps.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Scikit-learn, Ray.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, Fine-tuning, Model lifecycle management, CI/CD.
• Understanding of distributed systems, data quality, governance, observability, and compliance within healthcare.
